Privacy policy

The short version: we ask for almost nothing, and the one thing we do ask for (an email address, and only if you choose to give it) is used for exactly what it says on the form.

No accounts

There is no sign-up or login on this site, and no user database in that sense. The only optional form is the "email me the free template bundle" box described below.

Free template bundle by email

Every individual template on this site can be downloaded directly with no email address needed. As a shortcut, you can instead enter your email to get a quote template PDF for every trade sent as one zip file. This is entirely optional. If you use it, we store your email address, the time you signed up, and a randomly generated link used to deliver the file and to unsubscribe. We use that address to send the download link and, occasionally, to let you know about the Pro Pack. We do not sell or share it with anyone else. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and using it removes you from any further contact.

Advertising cookies, only if you say yes

We use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising pixel to see which ads bring people to this site, but it only runs if you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you accept, Meta may set a cookie and receive standard visit data (page viewed, and whether you used the free bundle form or clicked to buy the Pro Pack) so we can measure whether our ads work. If you decline, or simply close the banner without choosing, no advertising cookie is set and nothing is sent to Meta. Your choice is remembered in your browser so you are not asked again. We do not use any other third-party analytics or advertising scripts beyond this one, optional pixel.

Generator data stays in your browser

The quote and invoice generators run entirely on your device. When you type business details, customer names or prices, that information is processed by JavaScript running in your own browser and is never transmitted to us. Your business details, currency and tax label are saved in your browser's local storage purely so they are filled in for you next time. That data sits on your device only, and clearing your browser's site data removes it completely. Logos you add are previewed locally and are never uploaded.

Server logs

Like almost every website, our web server keeps standard technical logs: the pages requested, the time, and the visitor's IP address and browser type. These logs are used only to keep the site running and secure, and are not combined with anything else or shared with third parties.

Buying the Pro Pack

If you buy the Pro Pack, payment is handled by our payment provider on their own secure page. We receive confirmation of your purchase and your email address so the download can be delivered, but we never see or store your card details.
