The short version: we do not want your data, and the site is built so we could not see most of it even if we did.

No accounts

There is no sign-up, no login and no email form on this site. We do not hold a user database because there are no users in that sense.

No tracking cookies

TradeQuoteKit does not set tracking cookies and does not use third-party analytics or advertising scripts. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Generator data stays in your browser

The quote and invoice generators run entirely on your device. When you type business details, customer names or prices, that information is processed by JavaScript running in your own browser and is never transmitted to us. Your business details, currency and tax label are saved in your browser's local storage purely so they are filled in for you next time. That data sits on your device only, and clearing your browser's site data removes it completely. Logos you add are previewed locally and are never uploaded.

Server logs

Like almost every website, our web server keeps standard technical logs: the pages requested, the time, and the visitor's IP address and browser type. These logs are used only to keep the site running and secure, and are not combined with anything else or shared with third parties.

Buying the Pro Pack

If you buy the Pro Pack, payment is handled by our payment provider on their own secure page. We receive confirmation of your purchase and your email address so the download can be delivered, but we never see or store your card details.
