About TradeQuoteKit

TradeQuoteKit is built and run by CGI Web Services, a small web studio based in the Isle of Man. We build and look after websites for local trades and small businesses, and this site grew out of that work: the same request kept coming up, a simple way to send a professional-looking quote or invoice without paying for software every month.

Why the tools are free

The quote generator, the invoice generator and the 27 templates are free to use, and we intend to keep them that way. There is no account to create and nothing is locked behind a sign-up form. The site is funded by the optional Pro Pack, a £19 one-off bundle of editable, brandable templates for people who want files they can keep and customise. If enough tradespeople find the pack useful, it pays for the hosting and the time spent maintaining the tools.

How the tools work

The generators run entirely in your web browser. There is no database of your customers or prices on our side, because we never see any of it. Your business details are remembered in your own browser's local storage so you do not have to retype them, and that is the full extent of what is stored anywhere. The privacy page has the detail in plain English.
